Technical Testing and Fleet Integration
The collaboration encompasses flight testing protocols, engine performance diagnostics, and fuel blending standards. Airbus will provide technical guidance to ensure seamless SAF integration across Vietjet's single-aisle and wide-body aircraft fleets without compromising engine reliability.
Supporting Regional Decarbonization Mandates
By establishing localized SAF blending pathways, the joint effort supports Vietnam’s commitment to net-zero aviation emissions by 2050. The framework also creates investment opportunities for local biofuel refiners seeking international certification.
