AFD Allocates €120M for Sustainable Infrastructure in Vietnam Central Highlands

The French Development Agency (AFD) has approved a €120 million concessional financing package designed to reinforce environmental resilience across Vietnam’s Central Highlands.

The funds are dedicated to developing clean hydraulic loops, flood prevention infrastructure, and sustainable agricultural irrigation networks. This climate-mitigation financing highlights France’s strategic commitment under the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP).
